How quickly can you deliver?
Order and pay by 1pm on a working day and we aim to despatch within 1–2 working days, sent with Evri or DPD. Priority next day and URGENT options are at checkout if you need it sooner.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free on UK orders of £30 or more. Saturday delivery is £28, and there is a charge for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Republic of Ireland.
Can you deliver to a funeral director?
Yes. Please include the name of the deceased and the date of the funeral with your order, and ideally order so it arrives one to two days before the service.
Can I choose the colours?
Every item is made to order, so you can choose the flower colour and the ribbon edge colour. If no requests come with your order, we make it as shown in the first photo.
Can you add a name or message?
Personalised sashes come with some tributes, and you can add a sash to any tribute for £2.50. We suggest no more than 3 rows of 5 words. A card, envelope and holder come with every funeral tribute.
Do you sell fresh flowers?
Yes, we make fresh flowers for local delivery. Have a look at our fresh flowers or call us to talk it through.
